Digestive Disorders Foundation
The Digestive Disorders Foundation is the only UK charity
which supports research into the cause, prevention and treatment
of all digestive disorders. Among those we seek to help
are sufferers of disorders such as digestive cancers, ulcers,
irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis,
diverticulitis, gall-stones, liver disease and pancreatitis.
We also provide information for the public explaining the
symptoms and treatment of these and other common digestive
conditions. When part of the digestive system is affected
by illness, the results frequently cause distress, pain,
sometimes disablement or even death.
Information leaflets are available for sufferers, their
friends and family on the common digestive disorders. For
individuals to obtain a copy of one or more of our leaflets
we ask that they send a stamped-addressed envelope, specifying
