Cry-sis
The Cry-sis Helpline and Serene publications provide support
for families with excessively crying, sleepless and demanding
babies and young children.
The Cry-sis Helpline
Serene operates the Cry-sis Helpline. Our answering service
will give you the telephone numbers of volunteer contacts
in your region, who once experienced problems like yourself.
The Cry-sis Helpline is open 7 days a week between 8 a.m.
and 11p.m.
Once you have your local contact number you can ring at
any reasonable time, but please remember she/he is a parent,
just like you, with family commitments.
