The Rescue Foundation is a national charity based in West
Wales and Bristol, dedicated to evidence-based research
in the prevention and treatment of brain related conditions
in children. PARNET is Rescue's family network for anyone
concerned with a child who has special needs related to
the brain. It offers a quarterly news bulletin, a contact
service, general information, and a specialist helpline
and information service. A postal lending library, and the
CD-ROM produced by Rescue on cerebral palsy resources, are
available free to parents and grandparents. An information
pack on PARNET is available on request.
