Glorious Ginseng
There is increasing research to show that the ancient Chinese
and Korean remedy, Ginseng can increase our ability to cope
with stress when taken on a regular daily basis.
Ginseng is one of the Far East’s oldest herbal treatments.
As a tonic it has been shown to be effective for fatigue,
mild low mood and low blood pressure; and can be a general
